Tilman Fertitta acquired a 6.1% stake in Wynn Resorts Ltd. and is now the second-largest investor in the Las Vegas-based hotel and casino company. The billionaire owner and CEO of Houston-based Fertitta Entertainment recently purchased property on Las Vegas’ strip for an upscale resort.
