Tishman, Cross Lake acquire Orlando resort for $121M

Cross Lake Partners and Tishman Realty purchased the Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek in Orlando near Walt Disney World Resort for $121 million. “With Disney World breaking all-time revenue records and the overall leisure thesis within hotel real estate, we expect the Orlando market to increasingly come into focus for investors,” said Christopher Exler, senior vice president of JLL.
