Top 100 Hotel Restaurants in the U.S. Revealed for 2025

Hotel restaurants are no longer just convenient dining options—they’ve become travel-worthy destinations. New data from OpenTable and KAYAK reveals that 47% of Americans have booked a trip specifically to dine at a restaurant, and searches using KAYAK’s “restaurant” hotel filter have surged 51% year-over-year. Dining has become so central to travel that 73% of travelers say they would return to a hotel for its restaurant, and 38% have booked a stay because of on-site dining.
“Hotel restaurants are now major attractions for both travelers and locals,” said Scott Hudson, VP of Global Sales & Services at OpenTable. “Our data shows they deliver memorable, locally inspired experiences.”
Kate Williams, Chief Communications Officer at KAYAK, added, “Travelers aren’t just asking where to go—they want to know what’s on the menu. Culinary experiences are now integral to travel planning.”
