Top Trump hotel said to be changing hands, name

The Trump Organization is close to an agreement to sell the lease to a troubled hotel for more than $370 million, sources say. Miami-based CGI Merchant Group reportedly is in advanced discussions to take over the federal government-owned Trump International Hotel Washington, D.C., and is talking with hotel chains about a name change as well.
