Travel advisors form leadership group

A new organization, the Travel A.L.L.I.E.S. Society, aims to improve leadership skills in travel advisors who have at least five years’ experience in an industry leadership role. The goal of the group is to shift the focus away from sales and destination marketing and focus on developing leadership and business skills.
