Travel Curious Acquires Redeam, Forms Travel Curious Group

Travel technology platform Travel Curious has acquired U.S.-based connectivity platform Redeam in a strategic move that forms the newly established Travel Curious Group and relocates its global headquarters from the U.K. to the U.S.
The acquisition, for an undisclosed amount, combines Travel Curious’s experience infrastructure with Redeam’s integrations and exclusive partnerships in the experiences sector, including live entertainment and global theme parks. The merged platform aims to deliver an end-to-end solution that connects supply, distribution, and monetization for travel, hospitality, and loyalty brands.
“With our connectivity solutions, deep technical expertise and trusted partnerships, we can now empower brands across the travel ecosystem and beyond,” said Amir Azulay, CEO of Travel Curious. “We’re providing a flexible, live infrastructure designed for growth.”
The integration of Redeam’s platform enhances Travel Curious’s capabilities, promising a more customizable and scalable infrastructure for high-quality experience sourcing and global distribution. Redeam’s former CEO, Melanie Meador, will remain with the company as president. The Redeam brand will be retired.
Founded in 2015, Redeam was recognized as a PhocusWire Hot 25 Startup in 2019 and raised $12 million in Series B funding in 2021. With the acquisition, Travel Curious Group expects to process more than $700 million in transactions in its first year.
The move underscores growing demand for seamless experiential booking solutions and signals a major step forward in unifying the fragmented tours and attractions space under a centralized, B2B-focused platform.
