MGM Resorts is being sued by Travelers United, a nonprofit travel advocacy group, over its “drip pricing” policy that charges guests unadvertised resort fees. The lawsuit says the practice is deceptive advertising and violates the District of Columbia’s Consumer Protection Procedures Act.
