MGM Resorts International says it will sell operations of its Gold Strike Tunica resort in Mississippi for $450 million in cash to a subsidiary of Cherokee Nation Businesses. MGM adds that it will limit its Mississippi interests to its Beau Rivage Resort and Casino in Biloxi.
