TripSuite has raised $5 million in seed funding to expand its AI-powered platform designed for travel agencies. The platform integrates tools for customer relationship management, commission tracking, accounting, and payments, aiming to modernize agency operations and boost efficiency.

The funding round was led by F-Prime Capital, with participation from Bienville Capital Management and Thayer Ventures. Co-founder and CEO Jacey Jones expressed enthusiasm for the platform’s potential to drive innovation. “This investment empowers us to shape the future of travel, ensuring our customers set the standard for innovation in a dynamic industry,” Jones stated.

TripSuite claims its platform replaces outdated software, enabling agencies to book over $1 billion annually while saving up to 20 hours weekly on administrative tasks. Notable clients include Cadence Travel, Brownell Travel, and Avenue Two Travel.

Gaurav Tuli, partner at F-Prime Capital, emphasized the platform’s significance, stating, “Agencies and advisors are the backbone of the travel economy, and they deserve technology that matches their ambition. TripSuite is delivering the tools they need to innovate, grow, and provide exceptional client experiences.”

At Phocuswright Europe in Barcelona, Tuli and Anna Schneider from Lufthansa Innovation Hub highlighted the importance of modernizing operations through technology. They noted the travel industry’s evolving needs and the growing role of AI in streamlining processes.

TripSuite’s latest funding marks a step forward in equipping travel agencies with advanced tools to thrive in an increasingly tech-driven market.
