Travel planning platform Tryp.com has secured $3.2 million in media and venture funding to support its expansion into the U.K. and Germany while further developing its AI-powered platform.

The Denmark-based startup raised the funds through an investment round led by Iberis, with participation from ITV (U.K.), German Media Pool, Edenbase, mediaforgrowth (MFG), and a Danish angel investor.

As part of the deal, Tryp.com has secured multi-year media investments from ITV and German Media Pool, enabling the company to launch large-scale advertising campaigns in both markets. ITV campaigns will roll out in the coming weeks, followed by RTLZWEI campaigns in Germany this spring.

“We have spent the past years building a disruptive AI-powered travel platform with a passionate community,” said Tryp.com CEO André Sousa. “This funding, along with our media partners, allows us to expand our reach and establish Tryp.com as a household name in personalized travel.”

Founded in 2019, Tryp.com previously announced seed funding nearly two years ago to scale its technology. The latest round will accelerate growth and AI advancements, ensuring the platform remains at the forefront of AI-driven travel planning.

With this expansion, Tryp.com aims to tap into key European markets, leveraging AI-driven personalization and strategic media partnerships to fuel its next phase of growth.
