U.S. News & World Report has released its 2026 Best Hotels rankings, highlighting the top luxury hotels and resorts across the United States and around the world. Topping the Best Hotels in the USA list for the second consecutive year is Four Seasons Resort Hualalai, reinforcing its reputation as one of the premier luxury resorts in America.

The 2026 rankings evaluate more than 31,000 hotels across over 400 destinations worldwide. Properties are assessed using a methodology that blends expert opinion with overall guest satisfaction and traveler reviews. Four Seasons dominated multiple categories in 2026, earning the top ranking in four separate lists and underscoring its global brand strength in luxury hospitality.

In the Best Hotels in the USA category, the top five properties are: Four Seasons Resort Hualalai; Four Seasons Resort Lanai; The Langham Chicago; Mandarin Oriental, New York; and Mandarin Oriental, Boston.

In Canada, leading properties include Four Seasons Hotel Toronto and Fairmont Pacific Rim, followed by Four Seasons Resort Whistler.

Europe’s top-ranked hotel is Adare Manor, while Mexico’s highest-rated property is Esperanza, Auberge Resorts Collection.

In the Caribbean, Jade Mountain claims the top spot, and in Bermuda, the leader is Hamilton Princess & Beach Club.
