United adds first new transpacific route since pandemic

United Airlines has resumed service to Melbourne, Australia, and will launch a new route to the capital city of Brisbane in October. The service from Brisbane, makes United the first US airline to add a new transpacific route since the start of the pandemic. Both flights will depart from San Francisco.
