United joins OneTen to expand diverse hiring practices

United Airlines is partnering with OneTen in an initiative that aims to add a million Black employees over 10 years for well-paying jobs through an approach that considers skills rather than requiring a college degree. “Joining OneTen will build on our current talent practices to further develop, retain and advance diverse talent to positions across the airline, better reflecting the customers and communities United serves,” said United CEO Scott Kirby.
