United restoring seats on regional jets

United Airlines is adding back seats to its Embraer 175 regional jets that were removed when low flight volumes triggered a clause in its pilot contract last year. The airline removed six of 76 seats on the aircraft because the contract limits the number of passengers that can be flown by regional affiliates relative to traffic on mainline aircraft.
