Unruly passenger cases decline after mask mandate ends

Reports of airline passenger misbehavior dropped from 4.4 incidents per 10,000 flights to 1.9 in the week after the federal mask mandate was lifted, according to statistics from the Federal Aviation Administration. However, COVID-19 cases among Transportation Security Administration employees have risen 50% since the mandate ended.
