Valor adds 17 IHG-branded UK hotels in joint venture

Atlanta-based management firm Valor Hospitality Partners is doubling its UK portfolio by acquiring 17 regional IHG Hotels & Resorts-branded hotels. Valor is taking on the 15 Holiday Inns and two Crowne Plazas in partnership with UK-based MCAP Global Finance, an affiliate of Marathon Asset Management, New York.
