VICI “could not be more excited” about MGM Growth deal

VICI Properties CEO Edward Pitoniak says the REIT “could not be more excited” about the recent acquisition of MGM Growth Properties. The portfolio is “truly high-quality real estate occupied by one of the best experiential, entertainment, leisure, gaming operators on Earth.” Las Vegas and other gaming regions are showing very strong performance, Pitoniak notes.
