VICI Properties is acquiring MGM Growth Properties in a transaction that values MGM Growth at $17.2 billion. VICI said the deal would expand its portfolio with 15 entertainment resort properties featuring millions of square feet of meeting and convention space and 3,000 hotel rooms.
