VICI sees opportunity in experiential real estate

VICI Properties’ acquisition of MGM Growth Properties officially closed earlier this month, expanding VICI’s portfolio with 15 more entertainment properties. VICI CEO Ed Pitoniak notes that demographic trends are supporting the opportunity in experiential real estate, with many baby boomers moving into semi-retirement and millennials forming families.
