Vidon Vineyard’s new president scores a first

Tiquette Bramlett, the first Black woman tapped to head a winery in a major US wine region that is not Black-owned, is deeply involved in efforts to promote diversity in Oregon’s wine industry, including her own nonprofit Our Legacy Harvested. As president of Vidon Vineyard, Bramlett said she looks forward to introducing more people to Willamette Valley wines and that she hopes the industry can continue to have conversations about inclusion and changing bias.
