Viking Rewards Advisors $100 Per Booking in May

Viking is marking Travel Advisor Appreciation Month by offering its travel advisor partners a generous $100 bonus on their Viking Reward Cards for every new booking made through May 31, 2025. This automatic incentive applies across Viking’s entire portfolio—whether advisors book river, ocean, expedition or Mississippi itineraries—and requires no tedious tracking of reservations.
To participate, advisors simply complete the Viking Travel Advisor Academy coursework to become Viking Certified Experts and register for Viking Rewards on the agent portal at www.viking.com/travel-advisor. Once registered, every qualifying booking made through the portal will trigger a $100 credit directly to the advisor’s Reward Card. The promotion runs for the full month of May, giving advisors ample opportunity to boost their earnings while showcasing Viking’s award-winning voyages to clients.
Viking Travel Advisor Academy graduates have long enjoyed priority access to Viking’s suite of resources, including detailed destination training, sample itineraries, expert-led webinars and exclusive marketing materials. The new booking bonus adds a financial reward to these educational perks, reinforcing Viking’s commitment to supporting its advisor network. By removing manual tracking requirements, Viking ensures that advisors can focus their efforts on selling voyages rather than administrative tasks.
As advisors capitalize on the booking bonus, they can also leverage Viking’s latest product launches to entice travelers. In September 2025, Viking will introduce the Viking Amun, an 82-passenger ship designed specifically for Nile River cruises. Featuring spacious staterooms, private verandas, a sun deck and a restaurant showcasing local Egyptian cuisine, Viking Amun promises an intimate and immersive journey along Egypt’s legendary waterways.
Looking further ahead, Viking has placed orders with Fincantieri in Italy for two revolutionary new vessels: Viking Libra and Viking Astrea. These ships will be the first hydrogen-powered ocean cruise ships in the world, reflecting Viking’s commitment to innovation and sustainability. Slated for delivery in the early 2030s, they will combine zero-emission propulsion with all-suite accommodations, world-class dining and signature cultural enrichment programming.
Whether selling a classic European river itinerary, an ocean voyage through the Caribbean, an expedition to the Arctic or a scenic trip on America’s heartland rivers, advisors can now earn a meaningful bonus for each client they send on a Viking cruise. The streamlined registration and automated crediting process ensures advisors are rewarded promptly as bookings are confirmed.
“As we celebrate Travel Advisor Appreciation Month, we are thrilled to offer our Viking Certified Experts a tangible thank-you for their partnership,” says Torstein Hagen, Chairman of Viking. “Our advisors play a critical role in introducing travelers to Viking’s thoughtfully designed journeys, and this bonus is our way of recognizing their dedication and expertise.”
With the May promotion in full swing, advisors can log into the Viking agent portal today to register for Viking Rewards, complete their Academy certification if they haven’t already, and begin booking. As each new reservation is secured, the $100 bonus will be applied to their Reward Card—no tracking required—allowing advisors to focus on delivering extraordinary Viking experiences to their clients.
