This July, Virgin Voyages invites culinary adventurers to embark on a gastronomic voyage across the Caribbean and Mediterranean with the return of its fourth annual Eat & Drink Festival. Under the theme “A Taste of Brilliant,” the festival celebrates innovation in flavor and pays tribute to the inaugural North American season of the Brilliant Lady. Over the course of 11 Specialty Cruises, guests will discover a program that blends local inspiration, inventive menus and exclusive experiences designed to delight every sense.

Drawing inspiration from the four iconic homeports of the Brilliant Lady—New York City, Miami, Los Angeles and Seattle—the festival’s itineraries showcase each vessel’s unique personality. Every ship will host a series of immersive events tailored to its signature style, from seaside cocktail receptions to intimate chef-led gatherings. With evenings dedicated to tasting menus that spotlight regional ingredients and inventive pairings, travelers will encounter dishes that reflect both global trends and the distinct spirit of each homeport city.

New for 2025, the Passport to Flavors experience will guide guests through a curated culinary journey. Pocket-sized guides will challenge travelers to visit The Galley on select nights to sample exclusive Culinary Collective creations and record personal tasting notes alongside recipes and background stories. A companion passport for drinks will steer explorers on a bar-hopping circuit through seven venues, each offering new cocktails and mocktails crafted by Virgin Voyages’ beverage partners. Those who complete the full collection of stamps will be entered to win a mystery prize.

Throughout the festival, travelers can indulge in an array of thoughtfully crafted experiences. An intimate Spirited Dinner Series will serve four-course meals in a private dining room, with expertly paired wines, craft beers or premium spirits. A hidden speakeasy tucked behind an unmarked door will reveal master mixologists who showcase rare ingredients and cutting-edge techniques. Spirit Master Classes will demystify martinis, bourbon and whisky through guided tastings led by industry experts. Fleet-wide menu debuts will introduce signature dishes at favorite venues such as Extra Virgin and Gunbae, inviting guests to be among the first to sample these new culinary offerings.

Beyond food and drink, the festival will offer hands-on culinary demonstrations, where Virgin Voyages’ chefs will share professional techniques that guests can replicate at home. An Afternoon Tea Extravaganza will elevate the tradition with tea-infused cocktails and premium Macallan whiskies, paired with decadent chocolates for a moment of refined indulgence. Each activity is designed to foster connection, spark creativity and deepen appreciation for the art of dining and mixology.

Availability for the Eat & Drink Festival is extremely limited, with only 11 Specialty Cruises on offer throughout July.
