VistaJet Malta Expands Fleet with First Falcon 7X Addition

VistaJet Malta (VJT, Malta International) has introduced a Dassault Falcon 7X to its fleet, marking a significant milestone as the first Dassault aircraft under the Malta-based division of Vista Global Holding. This expansion diversifies VistaJet Malta’s aircraft lineup, which previously only included Bombardier and Textron Aviation models. The newly registered Falcon 7X, designated as 9H-JHK (msn 97), completed its debut flight on November 6, 2024, flying between Singapore Seletar and Dubai World Central, before continuing to Malta International and then Helsinki Vantaa.
Configured to accommodate up to 12 passengers, six in a sleeping arrangement, the 14-year-old Falcon 7X brings new versatility to VistaJet Malta’s operations. Originally delivered to Global Jet Luxembourg, the aircraft has had an international history, operating in locations such as the Isle of Man, the United States, and most recently, China under Sino Jet Beijing as B-652L. The addition aligns with VistaJet’s strategy of providing diversified, high-quality aircraft for its clients, offering increased flexibility for its flight-hour-based membership model and on-demand charter services.
VistaJet Malta’s fleet is already extensive, consisting of 95 business jets, including Bombardier Challenger and Global series aircraft, as well as Textron’s Citation XLS models. Additionally, the fleet includes a Beechcraft King Air B200GT turboprop and a Leonardo AW189 helicopter, extending VistaJet’s reach across both luxury and essential travel services. VistaJet Germany, a sister company under Vista Global Holding, also operates five Falcon 7X jets along with a variety of Embraer and Textron aircraft.
VistaJet Global, the holding entity for VistaJet Malta and Germany, has strategically positioned itself as a premium operator, providing exclusive services under membership programs and on-demand charter. Through subsidiaries and minority stakes in U.S.-based companies such as Jet Edge, JetSelect Aviation, and XOJET Aviation, VistaJet Global maintains a robust presence in North America under Vista America, where it continues to expand its influence.
Meanwhile, Sino Jet Beijing, the Falcon 7X’s previous operator, retains two Falcon 7X jets in its fleet, alongside a diverse collection of Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, Dassault, Embraer, and Gulfstream aircraft. With aircraft registered in multiple regions, including Aruba, Bermuda, mainland China, and San Marino, Sino Jet specializes in aircraft management, charters, maintenance, and acquisitions. Sino Jet Group operates both in mainland China and through its Hong Kong-based subsidiary, catering to clients requiring comprehensive aviation services.
The acquisition of the Falcon 7X broadens VistaJet Malta’s capabilities, providing more tailored options for long-haul travel with its spacious and comfortable cabin designed for passenger rest and productivity. With VistaJet Global’s extensive network and diverse fleet options, the company is well-positioned to meet growing demand for flexible, high-quality private jet travel across Europe and beyond.
