Volotea has two new routes from Milan Linate to Brindisi and Lamezia Terme
The new flights to Brindisi and Lamezia Terme will take off on 3 and 4 July respectively, both with four weekly frequencies. The routes of Volotea available at the airport have risen to five, from which it is also possible to take off towards Catania, Lampedusa and Pantelleria.
Volotea heads towards the summer and announces the launch of two new connections departing from Milan Linate to Brindisi and Lamezia Terme. The new routes will take off on 3 July for Brindisi and 4 July for Lamezia Terme. Thanks to the four weekly frequencies provided, it will be even easier and more comfortable for Lombard passengers to embark for Puglia (every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday) and Calabria (every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday). Also at Linate, the carrier recently announced the launch of three new connections to Sicily: from June, in fact, it will also be possible to take off to Catania, Pantelleria and Lampedusa.
“We announce with great enthusiasm the launch of these two new routes to Puglia and Calabria, further strengthening the tourist axis between Northern and Southern Italy. The travel options we offer at the Linate airport therefore increase: the two new flights, in fact, join those recently announced to Catania, Lampedusa and Pantelleria. For the next summer months, we aim to offer our passengers new flight opportunities, reconfirming our commitment to restarting the tourism sector, so strongly affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. The two new routes are confirmation of an excellent collaboration established with SEA and which we hope will further develop in the future “- commented Valeria Rebasti, Country Manager Italy & Southeastern Europe at Volotea.
“We are extremely happy that Volotea announces further new routes on Milan Linate, thus expanding its commercial offer for the summer period. The opportunity that Volotea has seized in winning slots of the summer programming will contribute to the diversification of travel proposals on the Milan city airport to the full advantage of users, in full compliance with the point-to-point vocation of the airport. Milan Linate airport, among other things, will offer a renewed travel experience this summer, thanks to the completion of the restyling, safe and technologically advanced “- said Andrea Tucci, VP Aviation Business Development SEA.
The Volotea offer for the coming months, of course, is characterized by maximum flexibility: in fact, all flights purchased before the end of May can be changed (without incurring the flight change fee up to 7 days before departure), with flights departing until 30 September. In addition, Covid-19 coverage is active: passengers who test positive in a PCR test, will be able to request a full refund of the reservation, including taxes, for themselves and for all passengers included in the same reservation, up to 14 days before the flight.
For Summer 2021, 5 Volotea connections are available from Milan, all domestic, to Catania, Lampedusa, Pantelleria, Lamezia Terme and Brindisi.
