Walmart bolsters diversity in leadership roles

Walmart’s latest update to its ongoing diversity and inclusion efforts show 25% of its key leadership roles are now held by people of color. The company’s Chief Culture, Diversity and Inclusion Officer Ben-Saba Hasan pledged to continue the DEI initiative and said overall new hires in 2020 included just under 50% who are women and 55% who identify as people of color.
