Washington, D.C., rail extension reaches milestone

Washington, D.C., region’s Silver Line extension to Dulles International Airport and Loudoun County, Va., is set to enter the testing phase. The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority says the long-delayed rail line is now “substantially complete,” although construction on a rail yard continues.
