Water park with hotel neighbor coming to Calumet City, Ill.

Jackson Nuckolls Group will oversee the construction of the new Roaring Rivers Water Park at River Oaks Center in Calumet City, Ill. Slated to open in late 2023 or early 2024, the project will boast a lazy river, a rooftop pool an entertainment venue and several water slides. A hotel and a conference center will also be built next to the water park.
