The top resorts in Las Vegas are defying their destination’s profligate image by going all in for recycling, water conservation, alternative energy and other sustainability efforts. Caesars Entertainment and Wynn Resorts aim to be carbon neutral by 2050, while MGM Resorts International intends to reduce carbon emissions to 45% of 2007 levels by 2025.
