WHO: Too many questions surround vaccinations

The World Health Organization stopped short of supporting proof of vaccinations for international travel, citing the limited availability of vaccines and questions about their efficacy. “Proof of vaccination should not exempt international travelers from complying with other travel risk reduction measures,” a WHO panel said.
