Windstar Cruises has revealed exciting new details about the dining and lounge venues aboard its highly anticipated ship, Star Seeker, set to debut this December. The 224-guest luxury yacht will be christened in a special ceremony in Miami on January 15, 2026, marking a major milestone for the small-ship cruise line.

Designed to deliver an upscale yet relaxed experience, Star Seeker will feature a collection of elegant dining and social spaces tailored to Windstar’s signature casual-luxury style. These include the Amphora Restaurant, Basil + Bamboo, Yacht Club, and the Main Lounge—each offering distinct atmospheres and culinary offerings.

At the heart of the ship’s dining experience is Amphora Restaurant, the main dining venue and a hallmark of Windstar’s culinary program. Amphora will feature a serene ocean-inspired design with soft blue accents and refined decor. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the restaurant will showcase exclusive dishes created in collaboration with the James Beard Foundation, further enhancing Windstar’s commitment to elevated cuisine. Guests can enjoy gourmet meals without the need for reservations, making Amphora both luxurious and convenient.

Windstar’s newest specialty dining concept, Basil + Bamboo, will offer a fusion of Mediterranean and Asian flavors in an intimate, upscale setting. Open for dinner, the restaurant will require reservations due to limited seating, ensuring a personalized and immersive dining experience for every guest. This new venue highlights Windstar’s continued innovation in culinary offerings and its focus on global flavors.

For casual dining and daytime relaxation, guests can visit the Yacht Club, a bright and airy space featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and a dramatic skylight. During the day, the Yacht Club will serve light bites and fresh coffee, making it the perfect spot to take in ocean views. At night, it will transition into a cozy cocktail lounge with music and a laid-back vibe—ideal for winding down after a day of exploration.

The ship’s Main Lounge will serve as Star Seeker’s vibrant social hub. Designed with sleek modern touches in green and earthy tones, the lounge will host a variety of activities, including enrichment talks, port presentations, and trivia during the day. In the evening, it will come alive with live performances, music, and entertainment, creating a dynamic space for guests to gather and enjoy the Windstar onboard experience.

“Designing our first new build has been an exciting project for us,” said Stijn Creupelandt, Chief Operating Officer of Windstar Cruises. “Every detail of the yacht’s layout has been carefully considered to maximize versatility and enhance our signature Windstar small ship experience.”

With Star Seeker, Windstar Cruises is raising the bar for small-ship luxury, blending stylish design with culinary excellence and thoughtful social spaces. As anticipation builds for the ship’s December launch, future guests can look forward to an unforgettable journey aboard one of the industry’s most refined new vessels.
