Windstar Launches New 2025-26 Themed Voyages

Windstar Cruises has unveiled its Themed Voyages Collection for the 2025-26 season, introducing special-interest sailings that transform the entire ship into part of the adventure. From art and wellness to maritime traditions, the new itineraries highlight Windstar’s signature small-ship atmosphere and hands-on programming.
“What I love about these new themed voyages is how they turn the whole ship into part of the adventure,” said Janet Bava, chief commercial officer of Windstar Cruises. “One cruise you’re learning to tie the perfect bowline or painting alongside a world-class artist, the next you’re dancing under the stars at a pirate party or deck BBQ. It’s the kind of small-ship magic only Windstar can provide.”
Among the highlights are “Masterpieces at Sea” voyages, featuring a Fountainhead artist creating a mural or large installation onboard, hands-on painting workshops with a second artist, and lectures from an art historian about the destinations’ artistic heritage. Guests can also join art-focused shore excursions led by the onboard artists. These sailings include Brushes & Tapas (Nov. 14, 2025), Europe Winter Riviera (Feb. 20, 2026), Mediterranean Island Mosaic (Aug. 13, 2026), and Gems of the Leeward Islands (Oct. 28, 2026).
Windstar is also rolling out “Knot Your Average Crossing” voyages focused on seafaring traditions starting November 2025, with hands-on programs like knot tying, chart reading, and star mapping, plus talks by guest experts such as historian Joseph Novitski.
Additionally, the “Mind, Body, Spirit Collection” itineraries will offer daily yoga, meditation, and breathwork sessions led by teacher Debbie Dixon, pop-up Elixir Bars, and guidance from an onboard wellness coach.
