With no vacancy, hotels have little time to renovateq

A flood of demand since spring 2021 has left many popular hotels with high occupancy year-round and created challenges for properties to complete renovations. The Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino is making updates in small phases in order to reduce intrusiveness for guests and Grace Bay Resorts in Turks and Caicos has displaced some business in sections of the property to make upgrades.
