Witkoff’s EDITION hotel buoyed with $230M refinance

Witkoff Group has obtained $230 million in refinancing for its EDITION Hotel in West Hollywood, Calif., from J.P. Morgan and Mack Real Estate Credit Strategies. The Miami-based company opened its 190-room West Coast flagship hotel in 2019.
