World of Hyatt and Peloton Launch Innovative Reward Plan to Enhance Guest Fitness Experience

Hyatt’s loyalty program, World of Hyatt, has partnered with fitness leader Peloton to introduce a groundbreaking loyalty initiative. This collaboration marks a significant evolution in travel wellness, offering World of Hyatt members enhanced opportunities to earn loyalty points through the use of Peloton equipment at any Hyatt location worldwide where Peloton operates.

This pioneering program is designed to integrate wellness into the travel experience seamlessly. Members will now be able to earn points not only from stays but also from engaging in fitness activities during their visits. “Hyatt is dedicated to setting a new standard of wellbeing for our guests with innovative collaborations that transform the travel experience,” said TJ Abrams, Vice President of Wellbeing at Hyatt. He highlighted the program’s intent to allow guests to maintain their wellness routines while traveling, fostering a balanced lifestyle.

The partnership extends to over 800 Hyatt properties globally, which will be equipped with Peloton bikes. Additionally, nearly 400 Hyatt properties across the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Germany, Austria, and Australia will feature Peloton classes directly on guestroom TVs, bringing elite fitness training into the comfort and privacy of hotel rooms.

Beyond equipment, the collaboration will offer World of Hyatt members special Peloton promotions, including discounts on Peloton equipment and a 60-day free trial of the Peloton app. Furthermore, the program will introduce innovative, non-equipment-based Peloton classes designed specifically for corporate meetings and other events, enhancing the business travel experience.
