Starting January 1, 2024, the World of Hyatt loyalty program is set to unveil a range of new benefits, offering its members increased flexibility and a broader choice of rewards. This evolution of the program is part of World of Hyatt’s ongoing commitment to enhance the travel experiences of its members by offering rewards that are both meaningful and relevant.

Recognizing the importance of travel in transforming lives, World of Hyatt has expanded its Milestone Rewards, providing members with more options to earn points towards future free nights, suite upgrades, and wellness experiences. These changes are a response to the growing desire among members for rewards that can be personalized and adapted to their specific travel needs.

Mark Vondrasek, Chief Commercial Officer at Hyatt, attributes the program’s success to its focus on member care and its expansion in the luxury and lifestyle sectors. “Our approach to loyalty is built around the principles of extending care beyond the member, offering choice, and ensuring recognition. These guiding principles have helped us quadruple our membership over the past five years,” said Vondrasek.

The newly introduced Milestone Rewards include:

  • 2K Next Stay: Members can earn 2,000 Bonus Points on their next stay at select Hyatt brands, including Hyatt Place, Hyatt House, Caption by Hyatt, or UrCove hotels.
  • FIND Experience Credit: Members can select a FIND credit, ranging from $25 to $300, to be used on any FIND experience worldwide, depending on the Milestone Reward achieved.
  • Guest of Honor Award: Starting at 40 qualifying nights in a year, members can grant Globalist benefits to someone they care about – or themselves – for award or eligible paid stays.
  • Miraval Extra Night: A complimentary second night is offered when members stay one night at a Miraval resort.
  • The Ultimate Free Night Award: Earned at 150 qualifying nights in a year, this award grants a free night at any participating Category 1-8 hotel, Category A-F all-inclusive resort, or Miraval resort.

Amy Weinberg, Senior Vice President of Brand, Loyalty, and Data at Hyatt, emphasizes that these enhancements are a direct response to member feedback. “We listened to our members and understood their desire for more rewards and choices. The new Milestone Rewards reflect this, offering a wider array of options for our members to tailor their travel and wellness experiences,” said Weinberg.

The World of Hyatt’s revamped loyalty program underscores its dedication to providing members with an enriching loyalty experience, offering more ways to earn and enjoy rewards tailored to their travel preferences and lifestyles.
