Wynn plans $1.7B Boston resort sale with lease-back

Wynn Resorts Ltd. plans to sell its Encore Boston Harbor casino-resort for $1.7 billion and then lease it for an initial rent of $100 million a year. Wynn announced the deal with Realty Income Corp. of San Diego in an earnings call Tuesday at which it also reported a 2021 net loss of more than $1 billion.
