Xenia Hotels & Resorts buying Tenn. hotel for $328.7M

Xenia Hotels & Resorts is acquiring the W Nashville hotel in Tennessee in a deal worth $328.7 million or $950,000 per key. The 346-room hotel opened in October, and the sale price would break the previous per-room record for the market.
