1 Hotels, Audi team up with posh restaurant, nonprofit

Sumptuous dining with sustainability is the theme of a new venture by the partnership of 1 Hotels and Audi of America involving international entities. Noma, a Copenhagen-based three-Michelin-star restaurant, and a global food and hospitality nonprofit called Mad (Danish for food), will stage a variety of programs with the hotel chain and the company whose e-tron is 1 Hotels’ official electric car.
