2 tourists arrested in Hawaii for virus bribe

Hawaii is getting tough with tourists trying to cut pandemic corners to avoid testing and quarantines. Two Louisiana travelers were arrested in Honolulu after trying to bribe a screening agent to get around the quarantine. Meanwhile, a Michigan man was arrested in Waikiki for failing to check into his quarantine hotel.
