20 Apple REIT hotels sell for $211M to joint venture

Apple Hospitality REIT has sold 20 select-service hotels for $211 million to a joint venture of Flynn Properties and Varde Partners. Flynn will serve as manager of the 11 Marriott- and nine Hilton-branded hotels, located throughout the US.
