5-star downtown Kansas City hotel still on the table

After being proposed in 2018, Kansas City, Mo.’s first five-star hotel is still being considered, although developers are seeking public funding for the project via tax-increment financing. Hotel Bravo also envisions leasing some of the nearby parking garage for Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts.
