$500K Ky. tax break boosts Louisville hotel venture

Developers reaped a $500,000 tax subsidy from the state of Kentucky on Thursday for a proposed $30 million hotel in Louisville’s NuLu area. Investors are pursuing further publicly funded incentives for the joint project of South Carolina-based Mountain Shore Properties and the founders of Rabbit Hole Distillery in NuLu.
