$50M development plan moves forward in N.C. city

Separate developer proposals totaling $50 million that would see construction of an apartment complex and a boutique hotel in downtown Greenville, N.C., have received unanimous approval from municipal officials. The city has committed to improving the area with updates to sidewalks, ramps, waste disposal, lighting and trees in exchange for the investments in the community.
