$90M purchase of RLH lifts Sonesta to top tier

Sonesta International Hotels Corp. will ascend to the upper ranks of US hospitality companies with its acquisition of RLH Corp. for $90 million. The agreement raises Sonesta’s portfolio to about 1,200 hotels across 13 brands.
