Plant-based food brands court consumers in Veganuary

Veganuary launched in the UK in 2014 as a nonprofit campaign to encourage consumers to try a plant-based diet for 31 days, and the effort has grown its presence in the US, where 80,000 people have signed on so far this year. A growing number of plant-based food brands, restaurants and grocers have partnered with Veganuary to promote their brands and vegan products.
