Revamped pool at Grand Hotel in Michigan to reopen May 7

Grand Hotel in Mackinac Island, Michigan, will reopen May 7 for its 135th season with an upgraded Esther Williams swimming pool. Renderings of the revamped pool show a new large, heated whirlpool, 15 reservable cabanas, a private adults-only pool area and a new family-friendly area with a water slide, a water jet play area and a zero-depth beach entry.
