Domino’s is supporting diversity and inclusion by creating employee resource groups, contributing to organizations that support Black communities and starting programs aimed at making Domino’s more diverse, including among its franchisees, says Chief HR Officer Lisa Price. “More frequent communication with our teams focused on not just the ‘what’ — our strategy, priorities and initiatives — but also the ‘how’ — living our values — will continue to remain a priority as we look to the future,” Price says.
