W.Va. city funds quarantine spaces for homeless people

City Council members in Charleston, W.Va., have earmarked $35,000 in federal grant money to provide safe quarantine spaces for people who are homeless who test positive for the coronavirus. The money will go to the Kanawha Valley Collective, which provides hotel rooms for people who are not qualified to stay in shelters because they pose an infection risk.
