Cold, costly reception will await returning Canadians

Tightened travel rules announced Friday by the government bring a rude ending to the ease with which Canadians have been able to escape to southern climes despite the pandemic. Returning flyers will be required to take a COVID-19 test and undergo a 14-day quarantine, three days of which would be spent in a hotel with a tab of $2,000 and up per person.
