McDonald’s exec. pay will depend on D&I progress
McDonald’s Corp. has released employment data and announced that executive pay will be dependent on the progress made with diversity and inclusion initiatives, as it works to achieve 35% of US senior management to be from underrepresented groups by 2025 and gender parity in senior management by 2030. “We cannot be complacent in our pursuit to better ourselves and our communities. Few brands in the world have our size and reach,” says CEO Chris Kempczinski.
